Terms and Conditions

  1. Use of Website
    1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice and correct any errors published on the website.
  2. Purchase of Products and Order confirmation
    1. We do not provide exchange or refunds for wrong selections or change of mind.
    2. For faulty products see Returns Policy.
    3. After the Order has been confirmed and payment made, we will send an Invoice/Receipt acknowledgment along with the order.
  3. Price of Products
    1. All prices in Australian dollars and include GST.
    2. Prices are subject to change. However, we have not increased our prices since 2015 and will continue to maintain the prices unchanged into the future for now.
  4. Payment & Security of Transactions
    1. There is no online payment transactions handled through this website.
  5. Order Processing
    1. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of notification that full payment has been received.
    2. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day, within 48 hours of receipt of notification that full payment has been received.
    3. If for any reason an order cannot be processed within 48 hours, we will notify the customer.
  6. Delivery
    1. All deliveries will be handled by Australia Post through Registered Mail.
    2. Orders are tracked through a unique identification number issued by Australia Post.
    3. A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
    4. Delivery times range from one (1) to five (5) days between metropolitan and capital cities and two (2) to seven (7) days to country locations.
    5. We are not responsible if deliveries are not made within the time frames advised by Australia Post as it is beyond our control.
    6. If orders are NOT received within ten (10) working days, please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page. Have your order details on hand to provide a reference.
    7. Deliveries can be made to P O Boxes.
    8. Despatches returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee, if the reason is due to customer error. Please check delivery address carefully when ordering. We will contact you to verify the correct address for re-dispatch. The re-dispatch fee must be paid and received before re-delivery.
