Certain fruits such as pineapples, bananas, pawpaw, rockmelons, avocados, stone fruit, mangoes, and pears ripen naturally at room temperature. To retard their ripening, place them in Super Fresh Bags and store them in the refrigerator.
Unripe fruit and produce refrigerated in Super Fresh Bags will not ripen. Remove them from the bags when required to ripen.
Using Super Fresh Bags enables you to plan and organize meals well in advance. For example, wash, dry and dice capsicums, carrots, etc and keep them fresh in the bag, until meal time.
