Returns Policy

a) Super Fresh Bags are made to the highest quality by manufacturers who are accredited to ISO 9000 standards. Whilst every bag is made to the exact high standards it is possible for a faulty bag to be received by the customer. Super Fresh Bags will gladly replace the faulty bag, like for like.

b) Super Fresh Bags will not issue refunds for faulty bags.

c) Please notify Super Fresh Bags at superfreshbags@superfreshbags.com.au within 7 days of product receipt. Faulty bags must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

d) All faulty bags returned must be new, unused and unsoiled. They must be packed in the same way as it was received (i.e. in a similar size envelope). The customer's order reference and address must be noted in a covering letter explaining the reason for the return.

e) Super Fresh Bags will not exchange or refund if the customer changes their mind on their purchase.
